Mushroom fry
Ingredients
Mushrooms-10-15
Garlic pods-4-5
Chilli powder-1-2 spoon
Salt-1-2 spoon
Rava(sooji)-8-9 spoon
Procedure
- Clean mushroom and slice it.
- Make a paste of of garlic, chilli and salt.
- If it is thick add little water.
- Then marinate sliced mushrooms in to garlic chilli paste for 15 min.
- Then roll over marinated mushroom in rava and fry on pan.
Serve it with Rice or any rice dishes.
